Recently the internet news on the new 2025 Superman comes with a possible Ultraman as the villain. In the comics, Ultraman is a Superman type character from a different alternate Earth named Earth 3. He usually comes with the Crime Syndicate, their version of the Justice League. The Crime Syndicate comes with Ultraman as Leader, Owlman, Johnny Quick, Power Ring and Super-Woman. They are the alternate versions of Superman, Batman, Flash, Green Lantern and Wonder Woman. In the image, it is stated that the character, with a U symbol on the chest is Ultraman. The costume is wrong, at least to compare with the comic version. Actually, so is Superman, unless this is the Kingdom Come's younger version of Superman. Which means, the lady at the side could be Super-Woman. Should that be the case, with the number of characters planned to appear in this movie, could mean they will be battling the Crime Syndicate, or at least 2 of the members. Should that do happen, the movie will either end badly, as in the story sucks, or end badly as in the good guys got trashed for good. The Crime Syndicate is Justice League level villains. You will need at least the real Justice League to be on the same level as them. Super-Woman is as female version of Superman. The Green Lantern in the show may level the playing field but, this Green Lantern is not Hal Jordan or John Stewart. Guy Gardner, in the comics is a arrogant and childish personality and may not be up to a fight with the villains here. The other characters are not of super power characters and will not be a match in term of raw strength. So do we get surprise appearance of characters to battle these villains or the bad ending is meant for a movie sequel?
